If you are like me, you like to plan your travels to the fullest extent possible before you leave. Nothing can be left to chance because something might go wrong. You research your destination in travel guides, read online travel blogs and search for any travel tips you can get. You make lists of things you need to get done before you can leave and lists of clothes you want to pack. You check weather networks so you can plan your wardrobe down to the pairs of shoes you will bring. Your itinerary is confirmed to the last detail so that you won’t get bored. It makes sense since you are paying good money to travel and you want to experience all that you can for that dollar. You even have a plan B for potential rainy days. It would ruin your vacation if you were stuck in your hotel room for three days with only foreign TV to watch. So you plan for extra indoor activities in case of rain.
Your over planning will come in handy if something actually does happen and your wallet is stolen, you need to visit a doctor or even worse, you have to postpone your trip. You would have read a review of world nomads insurance and known that it was an insurance policy that covered all your belongings, extended your health insurance to other countries and even included trip cancellation. Buying that extra insurance will give you the peace of mind to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. So many people, not people like you or me, don’t buy insurance thinking that their personal policy will cover all their needs. But we know better don’t we. We know that most health care provided by our insurance companies does not include being helicopter lifted to a hospital. So we plan for the worse, hope for the best and have a wonderfully relaxing holiday.

I agree and disagree. It’s important to plan some time for some spontaneity and be flexible when you travel. That’s part of the fun
